www.artma.orgI have known Will for about 6 years.  His work as an IT guy is the best I’ve experienced.  He has worked toward my best interest in dealing with our computing needs.  Will uses analogies to explain complicated issues thus avoiding industry jargon.  I have never had problems reaching him or getting return phone calls or emails.

Will Get IT Done came in to help migrate us to two new laptops, one for me and one for my wife. Their help was critical to making the transition from the old to the new computer and Windows 8 system. Will helped me to more easily understand the new system and computer and assured I was comfortable with the changes that come with a new computer and operating system.   In the process we decided to have him help with a chronic Comcast internet issue when we had no access.  Comcast tech’s on the phone and on site were never able to resolve this issue but after Will’s analysis, he re-arranged our wiring and we have had a solid internet connection ever since.   I am amazed at how fast and well the new system works.  The in-home service is an added element of convenience.  I would recommend Will Get IT Done but be prepared to pay fairly for the expert services at $95 an hour as our work ran to more than 8 hours.

Will helped save a file off my crashed hard drive that was the last recording of my Dad playing the piano just days before he lost his Battle with Cancer. Will recovered all my data but that was the one we needed for the funeral.

Will knows his stuff and not only is professional but engaged in our community. He is a tremendous resource of information about computer equipment and applications.

Keep your dollars working here in our community.

Will Get IT Done fulfills our needs as an “I.T. Department.”  They respond quickly to calls to keep us up and running.  More importantly they have been instrumental in reverse-engineering a flash+asp system where we were hostage to a unfriendly web developer, and WGID built a new application that is more appealing to our customers. They also support our Access database.  We count on Will and his people to get things done well, done in a timely way and – maybe most importantly – done without throwing around a lot of impenetrable technojargon.  We’re really pleased to be working with them.

Will was called upon to reproduce CDs from a professionally created video. The production standards hadto be as high as the videographers who were very demanding. Will produced the CDs quickly and exactly to our specifications, even adding valuable elements we had not considered. As always, we were in a rush and Will geared up and delivered immediately and at a competitive cost. Our fundraisers and our viewers are impressed and we are very pleased. We will ask for more reproductions of the CDs and would confidently recommend Will’s services.

Will Small is a supremely customer focused technology genius. He makes complexity make sense and technology work for me. Will guided me through the purchase of some important hardware upgrades, including a MacBook Air with both the Apple and Windows operating systems. Swipe three fingers across the keypad and I can go from Mac to Windows. Very cool as I learn the Mac. If I have a glitch on a business trip to Eagle, Idaho or wherever, Will can remotely access my machine and have it fixed before my presentation starts. I call him a miracle worker, but for him it’s just part of his daily “can-do” routine.

Will Small is the go-to man for all our family’s computer needs, whether it’s fixing a difficult problem with a house call, or taking an emergency phone call about a computer glitch and repairing it remotely in less than half an hour.
