Just Terrific! I could not be happier with the masterful and FAST work that Jonathan from Will Get I.T. Done did for me. My old laptop’s hard drive crashed completely and I was concerned about my data, even though I knew I had backups for almost everything. Somewhere. We quickly agreed on a plan and Jonathan called with HAPPY news within 24 hours that he was able to clone my old drive. He transferred the files to my new computer (he helped me understand that updating the old laptop was possible, but not very desirable.) In less than 48 hours I had a spiffy new laptop and Jonathan migrated every byte of data over. Perfection! This is my second time using their services. Both experiences have been outstanding. Five stars! The hard drive and motherboard on my (less than 2-year-old) laptop stop working. I was told by two other sources that, "the laptop was compromised/fried and doubtful any information could be transferred to a new laptop." I contacted “Will Get It Done” and not only did they extract all my information from the old lap top but set up my newly purchased lap top within a couple days. Not sure how many people work for the company but this friendly, honest, laidback, no pressure guy named Johnathan is now my new hero! Forgot to ask him if he works on lawn mowers? 😊
