To provide this service securely, we utilize trusted remote access tools such as LogMeIn, which enables our technicians to view and interact with your system in real time while maintaining industry-standard security protocols.

Remote support sessions are initiated only with your permission and are used solely for the purpose of troubleshooting, maintenance, configuration, or repair of your technology systems. During a session, our technicians may access files, applications, system settings, and network configurations as necessary to complete the requested work. You understand and acknowledge that this level of access is required to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
By agreeing to remote support, you authorize Will Get I.T. Done to perform services on your device as requested and accept responsibility for ensuring that important data is backed up prior to the session. While every effort is made to protect your systems and data, remote troubleshooting may involve changes to software, settings, or configurations that are necessary to restore functionality or improve performance.
Remote support is designed to save time, reduce costs, and provide faster resolution, but it does not replace the need for on-site service in all situations. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely, additional authorization may be required for in-person support.
