Immediately as Governor Hogan closed all non essential businesses and I was ordered by my brokerage to work from home, my 10 year old dinosaur of a Dell laptop decided to crash.

It was 3 p.m. on a Friday, and I needed immediate help—my entire life and career was in that dumb thing. I frantically called so many numbers for computer repair on Google. Many didn’t answer, perhaps because of the start of the weekend, or also likely because of the threat of COVID-19. Of those who answered, they were not willing to give me help until the following Monday. That wouldn’t do for me since my business operates 24/7/365.

Finally, I called Will. He answered immediately, and whether he really wanted to or not is irrelevant because he was at my home an hour and a half later to pick up my computer. He completed data recovery and transfer, and was able to set me up on and get me acquainted with my new MacBook...at what I would consider a very reasonable price!

I’m so grateful for Will, and will use him the future. Kind, willing, earnest, and reasonably priced! Saved my life so to speak!
