VISCA setup with RGBLink Mini and Fomako PTZ

Will Get IT Done was called in to diagnose and deploy a VISCA Pan Tilt Zoom camera for a small field recording project for the Moose Lodge. The customer was using a RGBLink Mini and a Fomako PTZ camera. We completed the request.

I had a weird, gnarly connection problem that NO ONE at four other sources, including Apple/Mac and the subject website, could help me with. I kept looking for a solution for 4 weeks. Finally remembered Will Get I.T. Done. Was completely nervous because this was my last chance to get this resolved. Jonathan was so friendly and professional. He worked and worked and after over a serious hour of effort was able to find a work-around that solved my problem. He never wanted to give up! I was amazed he continued to bear with me and did not surrender like everyone else did at all the other outlets. He even called me in the evening on his own time to make sure it was working for me. I couldn't have asked for any better effort and a resolution at last. Totally happy and highly recommend!

Immediately as Governor Hogan closed all non essential businesses and I was ordered by my brokerage to work from home, my 10 year old dinosaur of a Dell laptop decided to crash.

It was 3 p.m. on a Friday, and I needed immediate help—my entire life and career was in that dumb thing. I frantically called so many numbers for computer repair on Google. Many didn’t answer, perhaps because of the start of the weekend, or also likely because of the threat of COVID-19. Finally, I called Will. He answered immediately, and whether he really wanted to or not is irrelevant because he was at my home an hour and a half later to pick up my computer. He completed data recovery and transfer, and was able to set me up on and get me acquainted with my new MacBook...at what I would consider a very reasonable price!

I’m so grateful for Will, and will use him the future. Kind, willing, earnest, and reasonably priced! Saved my life so to speak!
